Exchanges

• We do provide exchanges for items with damages , manufacturing defects and for entirely different products.
• Our exchange policy lasts till 7 days from the date of delivery.
• No request will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused , in the original condition and must retain tags and original packaging

Note : A complete parcel opening video is required for any claim of defects.

Returns

• We offer returns for defected and faulty items.
• To apply for a return you can mail us your order details and concern at poshakchikanstudio@gmail.com .
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note : Sale items can not be Exchanged/Returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is accepted and approved , your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited on the original method of payment.
• Refunds may take upto 10 working days from the date of approval.

Note : Shipping cost for the return product will be refunded only in case of defects.

 

Late or missing refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund within the mentioned duration , please check your bank account history.
• You may also contact your bank or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
