Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges for:

Exchange Window
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
No requests will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
-
Original tags must be intact
-
Product must be returned in original packaging and condition
Washed, worn, altered, or used items are not eligible for exchange.
Each order is eligible for exchange only once.
Important Notes

SALE products cannot be exchanged or returned.

A complete parcel opening/unboxing video is mandatory for:

Defect claims
-
Damage claims
-
Incorrect product claims
-
Incomplete product claims
-
If an incomplete product is received, a clear unboxing video will be required to investigate and resolve the issue.
If the shipment packaging is torn or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse delivery and immediately contact our support team.
Once the exchanged product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes inspection, the exchange will be processed.
Return Policy
We offer returns only for:

Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for defect/damage claims

Each order is eligible for return only once

SALE items are not eligible for return
Reverse pickups will be arranged by us wherever serviceable.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the parcel to our warehouse address (shared after approval).
Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection before approval of return.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:

Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

Refunds may take up to 10 working days from the date of approval

In certain cases (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer, which can take up to 15 working days

Shipping charges will be refunded only in cases of confirmed defects
You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.
