Refund and Return
Exchanges
- We do provide exchanges for items with damages , manufacturing defects and for entirely different products.
- Our exchange policy lasts till 7 days from the date of delivery.
- No request will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused , in the original condition and must retain tags and original packaging.
- We only offer exchanges for size/fitting/fabric/color issue.
Note : A complete parcel opening video is required for any claim of defects.
Returns
- We offer returns for defected and faulty items.
- To apply for a return you can mail us your order details and concern at support@poshakchikanstudio.com .
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note : Sale items can not be Exchanged/Returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is accepted and approved , your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited on the original method of payment.
- Refunds may take upto 10 working days from the date of approval.
Note : Shipping cost for the return product will be refunded only in case of defects.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the mentioned duration , please check your bank account history.
- You may also contact your bank or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
