- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, typically just above your belly button.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm (8 inches) down from your natural waistline.
